Lesson Policy

Scheduling
Lessons are scheduled in mutual agreement. The agreed lesson time is exclusively reserved.

Cancellation
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or absence may result in the reserved lesson time being charged.

Late Arrival
In case of late arrival, the agreed end time remains unchanged.

Lesson Packages
A purchased lesson package is personal and non-transferable.

Payment
Payment is made according to mutual agreement and within the agreed timeframe.

Maintenance & Studio

Instrument maintenance, adjustments, advice and studio sessions are offered on a non-binding basis. Practical arrangements, timing and fees are agreed upon in advance.

No guarantee is provided for normal wear, hidden defects or damage resulting from improper use before or after maintenance. The owner cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Live Performances

Musical performances are carried out on an occasional basis. Fees and practical arrangements are agreed upon in advance within a legally permitted framework.

In case of force majeure, an agreement may be rescheduled or cancelled without further liability.

Liability

The information on this website is compiled with care. All activities are undertaken at one's own responsibility. The owner cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of this website or the services offered.
